In celebration of the launch of Robin F. Williams: We've Been Expecting You, the first major monograph on the artist’s work, P·P·O·W is pleased to host a conversation between Williams and writer Annabel Keenan in a discussion investigating various themes within Good Mourning, Williams's fifth major solo exhibition with the gallery, including constructions of gender in portraiture, advertising, folklore, social media, and eco-feminism.
Published by the Columbus Museum of Art, Robin F. Williams: We've Been Expecting You features new essays by Sarah Berenz and Lola Kramar, as well as an interview of the artist by Karen Rosenberg.
Good Mourning is on view at 390 Broadway, 2nd floor, through Saturday, October 26.
