A garland is a braid, knot or wreath of flowers, leaves, or other material used to decorate spaces, objects and bodies. Like sandwiches and sandals, some form of the idea can be seen throughout time and across cultures. Everyone seems to be doing something.

In this free, all ages, drop in garland making workshop we will make a potluck style garland out of cumulatively collected natural materials for the P·P·O·W window facing Broadway. Bring something* to thread, or just come.

*leaves, flowers, butterfly wings, yogurt foil caps, egg shells, what else?

Gallery guests are invited to participate for any amount of time during this event.
